The history of Casa Sauza began in the year 1873, at which time Don Cenobio Sauza was able to found a distillery called La Perseverancia, where he began to make his first tequilas at a very young age. Since then, the distillery has evolved and become one of the excellent references in tequila production thanks to its innovation; since its foundation, Cenobio Sauza has included new practices in the production process to improve the quality of the drink.
