The history of Casa Sauza began in 1873, when Don Cenobio Sauza founded a distillery called La Perseverancia, where he started to make his first tequilas at a very young age. Since then, the distillery has evolved and become one of the leading references in tequila production, thanks to its innovation. Since its foundation, Cenobio Sauza has incorporated new practices into the production process to enhance the quality of the drink.
