The long-awaited 15th edition of Vallarta Nayarit Gastronomic 2023 (VNG) has arrived and fulfilled the expected great expectations. This prestigious culinary event has positioned itself as an indisputable reference in the world of gastronomy at an international level.

More than 50 sponsors, including states and countries, participated this year. Casa Sauza, as a strategic partner, and the presence of world-class chefs further enhanced the event's prestige.

The importance of VNG transcended national borders. The key to its success is that it addressed relevant industry issues and brought together the most essential players in the same place.

This year's theme, "Cooking a New Era," reflects how rapidly the culinary landscape has changed post-pandemic. In a world in constant transformation, looking ahead and preparing for what is to come is essential.

This edition will feature a series of activities that promise to captivate food lovers. From the inaugural dinner on September 29 to the closing event on October 7, creativity and talent were enjoyed at the Krystal Grand Hotel in the Riviera Nayarit.
