Casa Sauza 150th Anniversary Celebration

On November 14, 2023, the esplanade of the Cabañas Cultural Institute became the perfect setting for
a magical night. We were transported back in time and experienced the love for our land. It was the grand celebration of Casa Sauza's 150th anniversary, in which effort, work, vision, tradition, and legacy were recognized.

The guests started to arrive at 7:00 p.m. Then we walked them on a blue carpet full of agaves, which transported us back in time with its historical photo exhibit and its depiction of jimadores—which served as the ideal backdrop for photos and special cocktail preparation—as well as its robotic arm, which mimicked Casa Sauza's signature technology.

We were honored with the presence of Politicians, Presidents, and directors of city councils, Jalisco State Secretaries, Presidents and Board Directors of business chambers, Suppliers, Casa Sauza and Beamsuntory, colleagues, but most importantly, those who have helped these years become a reality—
"our Casa Sauza team"—distinguished us with their presence.

The formal ceremony began at 8:20 p.m., during which the following hosts shared heartfelt messages:

Following the formal occasion, the guests were delighted with a high-end menu by Casa Sauza's Executive Chef Karla Castro.

Music is a "must have" in any celebration, and Casa Sauza wanted to celebrate our Mexican roots uniquely with an artist of the international stamp, Lila Downs. Afterward, a fire performance made us imagine those ancestral deities of the goddess Mayáhuel.

To conclude the night, the guests were delighted with an icon of traditional Mexican music, Mariachi
San Francisco's notes and lyrics made us vibrate and sing from the bottom of our hearts.
We want to thank all those who have been part of this dream and legacy of the Sauza family.
Here's to another 150 years of Casa Sauza! As Eladio always said: "There are only two Tequilas in the
world: The City of Tequila and Sauza Tequila."
