"Gallitos Tiki-Pher" a Tres Generaciones® Reposado Tequila Cocktail

The fun flavors of Tiki-Pher surprise your palate with contrasting emotions and light touches of bitter taste. Made with Tres Generaciones® Reposado Tequila, lychee and pineapple fruits, this cocktail becomes a unique and rich drink for you to try and share with friends.

Serves 1 person

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

• 1,5 oz of Tres Generaciones Reposado Tequila
• 1 slice of cucumber, skinless, chopped
• 1 thin slice of pineapple, chopped
• 1 Lychee (chopped)
• 0.5 oz Agave syrup
• 0.5 oz Lemon juice
• 3 or 4 ice cubes
• 4 oz Grapefruit soda

Garnish

• 1 Tangerine peel (a slice)
• 0.5 oz Agave syrup

Preparation

Place the cucumber, lychee and pineapple directly into the glass or long glass. Mash them lightly with a bar spoon so that they release some juice. Mix the other ingredients and pour them in the ice.

Presentation

Pour the agave syrup into the glass and wait until it goes all the way to the bottom. Add the grapefruit soda (gently, so the syrup's layer stays visible) and decorate the rim of the glass with a slice of tangerine peel.
