There are some companies that consider training as an unnecessary expense, however, CASA SAUZA regards it as one of the greatest investments a company can make in order to enhance the development of its staff and thus, achieve the objectives of the organization.

Currently, the unionized personnel of Casa Sauza is being trained in multi-skills as well as receiving training from the company FESTO (company that provides automation solutions). One of the main responsibilities of the supervision area is to anticipate changes by forecasting future training demands based on the skills and potential of each employee.
