Well, I will tell you here how I cooperate in the life extension and great performance of our industrial equipment. We achieve this by making two of our pillars work together:

Autonomous Maintenance and very close to it, Planned Maintenance.

We have a Autonomous Maintenance intervention every 8 days.

Installation of new equipment

In 2019, Casa Sauza acquired new packaging equipment, such as a labelling machine, a packer, a palletizing robot, a trypack and other smaller equipment. I'll here share with you how their installation was made and how we ran functionality tests.

I want to share something with you, and it's a lot of what I've learned from working at Casa Sauza. What I first want to tell you, is that I am proud to belong to this company, since from my point of view, it is one of the best companies to work at. I mention this because the training that is given to us, technicians, is decided based on the needs of the company, which is why I say that one has to learn from failures, because nothing is ever perfect.
