With this prize in our hands, we wrote some articles to share our experience and achievements related to this program. For the more than 33 years of personal and professional growth I've lived at Casa Sauza, I'd like to acknowledge what this great company (number 9 in the ranking of the Great Place to Work program, Mexico) has done for my family and for myself.
Working with leaders is key to the success of the GPTW® program. Changeling to a different culture is much easier and effective if our leaders help us communicate and share with their work teams the objective of the program, the benefits it will bring along and the practices that must be followed.
As an expert in the Human Resources area of Casa Sauza, I can say that one of the most important challenges that we have faced is to obtain the Great Place to Work® recognition. We've had this certification since 2009 and to be recognized by the program was a great achievement but it also meant a lot of effort from all of us in the company. We had to discover and overcome challenges that we never imagined we would have to face.
We started working on the implementation stage of the Great Place to Work GPTW® program for Casa Sauza in 2008. Our productivity achievements have been registered ever since and, to this day, we still see constant advances for our company. Find out how we've done it.
